Our Building and Deploying ChatGPT Models for Public Affairs program is designed to equip participants with the necessary skills to use ChatGPT models to improve, facilitate and ultimately bolster their work and outcomes.

The course provides a practical guide to building and deploying ChatGPT models for public affairs purposes. The workshop covers four key topics that are critical for developing a strong foundation in the use of ChatGPT models.

The foundation of the training is an introduction to ChatGPT models and how they can be used to enhance public affairs initiatives. Understanding the basics of ChatGPT models is essential because it lays the foundation for the rest of the training. Participants will gain an understanding of the potential of ChatGPT models to improve public affairs initiatives and learn how to apply them effectively.

The second topic covered is data preparation. As already covered in our previous blog post on the ethical considerations and pitfalls of using ChatGPT, proper data handling is key. The accuracy and effectiveness of any model depend on the quality of the data used to train it. The session will let participants learn how to gather, clean, and prepare data to ensure it is suitable for use with the ChatGPT model.

The third topic covers the practicalities of developing the model itself. Participants will be guided through the process of developing a ChatGPT model, from selecting the right architecture to fine-tuning the model for optimal performance bringing together all the skills are necessary for maximising the potential of AI in public affairs.

The final step of the journey is the deployment and subsequent use of these models. This includes integrating it into existing platforms and systems and  applying the model to real-world situations to achieve desired outcomes.
