Lutz has joined RPP as the group’s CEO in September 2017. He has an outstanding track record in public affairs from working in the EP and managing a consultancy. After a decade inside and outside European institutions in Brussels, he was appointed Executive Director for an international finance management company in Luxembourg in 2013. Although principally fulfilling his management function, Lutz will also work on specific clients, when strategically necessary.

Romuald joined RPP in 2015 to support its further growth by managing all internal processes and striving for operational excellence. With more then 10 years of industry experience in finance, audit and risk management, Romuald makes sure that cooperating with RPP succeeds also on the administrative level.

With more than 15 years of experience in communication and design, Alexandra has been driving the transformation of text-based public affairs towards a visual communication to a much larger audience group when she integrated with her company into RPP in 2015.
Charles Waller
Charles Waller
Based in Brussels & the UK since the mid 1980s, Charles has worked in regulatory health policy for more then fifteen years and in public policy throughout his career. Recently his work has focussed on EC law, liaison with patient & physician representative groups and international harmonisation.
Prior to his current position he was Vice President, Europe of the Plasma Protein Therapeutics Association and previously worked in New York, San Fransisco and London in crisis management and investor relations.

Edoardo, who has been an independent consultant the last six years in public policy, government affairs and communications, brings over 25 years of experience in health, chemicals, agriculture and farming policies including 20 years with global leaders for innovative agriculture, healthcare and information technology. Edoardo works with both Healthcare-Clients and Non-Healthcare-Clients for the Italian office.

Since joining in 2011, James has worked on almost every healthcare and health-science legislation that has emerged at EU level. With experience in a wide range of political dossiers, he specializes in translating the needs of business into political priorities for policy makers interested in their market.
Kit Greenop
Kit Greenop
Kit joined RPP Group in 2014 and has worked across RPP’s Brussels, London and Madrid offices including as Director of EU and UK Healthcare for 2 years. Since the end of 2019, Kit is the Director of Business Development for RPP Group, working to promote RPP’s growth across all offices. Since this time he has also been the head of RPP Madrid, RPP’s newest office. Throughout 5 years of work at RPP, Kit has worked representing clients from across the healthcare sector including patient groups, professional organisations and the pharmaceutical and medical device industry. Kit continues to coordinate international projects and support clients on the ground.

Salomé Chelli-Enriquez
Salomé Chelli-Enriquez
Salomé joined RPP Paris in 2013, and has since developed RPP Healthcare activities in France. Prior to that, she gained understanding and knowledge of the French political scene through experiences in French national media and in a public affairs and health economics consultancy. She has been in charge of the Paris office since July 2015, leading advocacy, strategy and operations for various French and EU projects. Since 2018, Salomé is also director of Service Excellence for RPP Group, working towards assuring the quality of services delivered throughout the RPP offices.

A veteran of the EU institutional and political scene, Thomas is in charge of RPP’s institutional contacts in Brussels and beyond. Before joining RPP, Thomas was Deputy Secretary-General of the ALDE Group, the EU Liberal and Democratic political group in the European Parliament. He also served as a member of the cabinet (private office) of former EU Commission Vice President Olli Rehn and held a number of senior positions in industry.

Martyna joined RPP London in 2018, where her work has been focused on building advocacy programmes and mapping for creative policy opportunities for clients from pharmaceutical and medical devices sectors in the UK. Prior to joining RPP, Martyna worked at another London-based international agency providing integrated communications and public affairs services, and before that she gained some pan-EU policy making experience while working in Brussels for a public health NGO. Martyna holds a master’s degree in Public Health from the Medical University of Warsaw.
She has been in charge of the UK office since November 2019 leading on strategic operations and expanding the service offering to the UK devolved nations, particularly in Scotland.

Since joining RPP in 2006 as an intern and then becoming a partner in 2011, Marc-Angelo, together with Sebastian, has made it his objective to develop RPP into a European leader in political communication for the healthcare industry. Out of a strong market position, they then initiated the extension of both scope of services and sectors in 2016. Since vacating his position as co-CEO of RPP to focus on the development of new technologies for the Public Affairs industry, Marc-Angelo has accepted several board positions both in multinational corporations and in the digital technology economy.

After an having worked in a Washington-based think tank, on various election campaigns and as head of office of a Member of the European Parliament in the early and mid-1990s, Sebastian was the head of Government Affairs and Public Policy Europe of a diversified multinational healthcare company. Since founding RPP in 2002, He has developed the company along with Marc-Angelo into a strong consulting firm with a variety of integrated services. He is specialised in high-level policy advice and policy development strategies. Sebastian acts on the advisory boards of companies in the area of health and e-health. He is an adjunct lecturer on EU public health policy in the Department of International Health at Maastricht University.
