Junior Art Director to join our office in Brussels

RPP is currently looking for a Junior Art Director to support the team working on policy and government affairs (healthcare, food and agricultural policy, sustainability, and other potential sectors) in Brussels. 



RPP is a political communication consultancy with roots going back to 2002. Since March 2015 we have been a specialised design unit. RPP specialises in policy development and communication and is an industry leader in integrating visual communication into public affairs campaigns. With locations in Berlin, Brussels, Hamburg, Madrid, London, Paris, Rome, and Vienna, we support national and international customers.

Activities and tasks shall include:

  • Participation in the qualitative planning, organisation, and implementation of creative projects
  • Participation in the creative development of existing corporate designs
  • Participation and further development of our employer branding
  • Conception and implementation of print media as well as landing pages, WordPress templates, and social media campaigns
  • Conception and implementation of infographics and images for promotional on- and off-site advertising
  • Close cooperation with colleagues from the other offices

The candidates should fulfill the following criteria:

  • You have successfully completed training or a degree in media or communication design / graphic design / visual communication or the like.
  • You have already gained at least 1 year of professional experience in this area
  • You have expert knowledge of the common graphics programs Adobe Creative Cloud
  • You have knowledge of the common Microsoft 365 programs and excel in PowerPoint presentations development
  • You are characterised by strong communication skills, a high degree of social skills, and the ability to work in a team
  • Passion for designing creative projects
  • You have high demands on the results of your work as well as a self-structured and organized way of working
  • You have very good written and spoken English skills

The internship would start as soon as possible for a period of 6 months. Regular performance reviews would take place.
