After several years as head of Government Affairs and Public Affairs in Europe of a multinational and leading healthcare company specialising in pharmaceuticals, biotechnology and medical devices, Sebastian Rohde founded RPP in 2002. He has since developed the company in a strong consulting firm with a variety of integrated services.
Having joined the RPP Group in 2006 and being partner since 2011, Marc-Angelo has a 15-year experience in life sciences and public affairs, both at European level and national level, combining experience in the policy environment with a valuable scientific background to lead the internationalisation of RPP. Sebastian and Marc-Angelo have since then developed RPP into a European leader in healthcare political communication and have in 2016 established the RPP Group to widen both scope of services and sectors.
Andrew is a Brussels veteran with 20 years of experience in EU law and public affairs. After several years practice at the Bar, he has managed the public affairs practices of many leading public affairs agencies and led many high-profile campaigns. A Management Committee member of EPACA (the European Public Affairs Consultancies Association) since 2007, Andrew teaches EU public affairs at the Université Paris-Dauphine.
Having joined RPP in 2016, Andrew is developing the establishment of RPP Group as a leader in public affairs in the EU.
With more than 15 years of experience in communication and design, Alexandra has been driving the transformation of text-based public affairs towards a visual communication to a much larger audience group when she integrated with her company into the RPP Group in 2015.
Lutz has joined RPP as the group’s CEO in September 2017. He has an outstanding track record in public affairs from working in the EP and managing a consultancy. After a decade inside and outside European institutions in Brussels, he was appointed Executive Director for an international finance management company in Luxembourg in 2013. Although principally fulfilling his management function, Lutz will also work on specific clients, when strategically necessary.
A veteran of the EU institutional and political scene, Thomas is in charge of RPP’s institutional contacts in Brussels and beyond. Before joining RPP, Thomas was Deputy Secretary-General of the ALDE Group, the EU Liberal and Democratic political group in the European Parliament. He also served as a member of the cabinet (private office) of former EU Commission Vice President Olli Rehn and held a number of senior positions in industry.
Salomé joined RPP Paris in 2013, and has since developed RPP Healthcare activities in France. Prior to that, she gained understanding and knowledge of the French political scene through experiences in French national media and in a public affairs and health economics consultancy. She has been in charge of the Paris office since July 2015, leading advocacy, strategy and operations for various French and EU projects
Lars joint RPP in 2010 and has since extended the RPP Healthcare operations in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. He previously gained in different functions a strong understanding of the political decision-making process on national and international level, including work for the WHO where he contributed to the development of the legal framework for international tobacco control (FCTC).
Edoardo, who has been an independent consultant the last six years in public policy, government affairs and communications, brings over 25 years of experience in health, chemicals, agriculture and farming policies including 20 years with global leaders for innovative agriculture, healthcare and information technology. Edoardo works with both Healthcare-Clients and Non-Healthcare-Clients for the Italian office.
Based in Brussels & the UK since the mid 1980s, Charles has worked in regulatory health policy for more then fifteen years and in public policy throughout his career. Recently his work has focussed on EC law, liaison with patient & physician representative groups and international harmonisation.
Prior to his current position he was Vice President, Europe of the Plasma Protein Therapeutics Association and previously worked in New York, San Fransisco and London in crisis management and investor relations.
Andreas is a highly experienced public affairs and communication professional with experience in both the digital economy and the automotive industry. Before joining RPP, Andreas headed up the Ericsson’s Berlin office where he participated in the development of digital policies focusing on the Internet of Things, cyber security and mobile communications. For eight years, he was also head of DEKRA’s office, dealing with a large range of issues and policies around safety and certification. Prior to that, Andreas was the deputy speaker of the German Car industry association (VDA) and the spokesperson to the chair of European Affairs Committee at the German Bundestag.
Romuald joined RPP in 2015 to support its further growth by managing all internal processes and striving for operational excellence. With more then 10 years of industry experience in finance, audit and risk management, Romuald makes sure that cooperating with RPP succeeds also on the administrative level.
